Job Summary
Providing expert customer service support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, address patient inquiries, and coordinate appointments remotely while working flexible hours between 8:00am - 5:30pm PST.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls to deliver a high-quality patient experience
- Review patient liability questions and schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient information in databases
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a call center handling healthcare inquiries
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shifts between 8:00am - 5:30pm PST
