Job Summary

Providing expert customer service support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, address patient inquiries, and coordinate appointments remotely while working flexible hours between 8:00am - 5:30pm PST.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls to deliver a high-quality patient experience
  • Review patient liability questions and schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate patient information in databases
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center handling healthcare inquiries
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shifts between 8:00am - 5:30pm PST
