Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative I will manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure issue resolution while promoting brand loyalty through effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Promote meaningful relationships and brand loyalty through engaged conversations with customers, including healthcare providers and patients
- Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns via telephone, email, and chat, managing a high volume of contact
- Investigate unresolved issues and escalate them according to department protocol, maintaining accurate data in systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of work experience in a customer service or customer-focused role
- Experience in a medical or pharmaceutical environment preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to switch between multiple applications
