Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and professional, the part-time Customer Service Representative will coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
• Communicate with vehicle owners to arrange transport and assist with personal item removal
• Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions while meeting daily performance goals

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
• High school diploma or GED
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
