Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Customer Service Representative, the candidate will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and compliance with HIPAA.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between customers, patients, and LabCorp, addressing inquiries and providing solutions
  • Maintain understanding of lab operations and resolve routine requests using internal systems
  • Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience in a customer service role
  • 1 or more years of experience in a contact center or call center environment
  • Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps
