Job Summary
Seeking a remote full-time Customer Service Representative, the candidate will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and compliance with HIPAA.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers, patients, and LabCorp, addressing inquiries and providing solutions
- Maintain understanding of lab operations and resolve routine requests using internal systems
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience in a customer service role
- 1 or more years of experience in a contact center or call center environment
- Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps
