Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will assist customers and business partners through various communication channels, explain contract coverage, and ensure resolution of service issues.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound communications according to policies and procedures
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors
- Follow up with customers and partners to ensure resolution of service issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Computer literacy is essential
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Completion of required continuing education courses
