Job Summary

Representing the business unit to customers and partners, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist with inquiries via various communication methods, explain contract coverage, and ensure customer service issues are resolved in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound communications according to policies and procedures
  • Explains and upholds contract coverage to customers and contractors
  • Follows up to ensure resolution of customer service issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Completion of required continuing education courses
