Job Summary

Representing the business unit to customers and partners, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist clients through various communication channels, explain contract coverage, and ensure resolution of service issues in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound communication according to policies and procedures
  • Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer service issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in problem solving and decision making
