Job Summary
As a full-time Customer Service Chat Representative working remotely, the candidate will assist customers, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and partners via inbound and outbound communication, providing information according to policies and contract coverage
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Follow up on service issues to ensure resolution and maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in problem-solving and decision-making
