Job Summary
Representing the business unit to customers and partners, the full-time Customer Service Chat Representative will assist with inquiries via electronic communication, explain contract coverage, and ensure service issues are resolved, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound electronic communication
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors
- Follow up to ensure customer service issues are resolved effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Computer literacy is essential
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Completion of required continuing education courses
