Job Summary

Representing the business unit to customers and partners, the full-time Customer Service Chat Representative will assist clients through electronic communication, explain contract coverage, and follow up on service issues in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists customers, contractors, and business partners via electronic communication according to policies and procedures
  • Explains and upholds contract coverage to customers and contractors
  • Follows up to ensure customer service issues are resolved effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in problem solving and decision making
