Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage self-pay collections by handling inbound calls to address payment delinquencies, negotiating overdue bills, and implementing collection practices while maintaining communication with management.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive and review correspondence from the home office and manage incoming calls
  • Follow up on assigned self-pay accounts and make outgoing calls on billed accounts
  • Notify management of any issues or concerns that arise during the collection process
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications and MS Office
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm MST
