Job Summary

Providing essential support to members and providers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring first call resolution while working remotely in a telecommuter position.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver first call and email resolution, de-escalate calls, and educate callers through accurate information exchange
  • Document and follow up on issues in a timely manner, routing inquiries as needed for further investigation
  • Maintain compliance with Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements while handling sensitive information
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or claims processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt work practices accordingly
  • Experience in call centers with high volume inbound/outbound calls
