Job Summary

Providing courteous assistance remotely, the short-term seasonal Customer Service Representative will manage a high volume of incoming calls, guiding individuals through form submissions related to disaster relief and emergency management efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver public support by guiding callers to appropriate resources for their situations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts as needed

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of customer support experience or as a client service representative
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English; Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and strong research skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and difficult inquiries effectively
