Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Call Loop Representative I will manage inbound inquiries, process orders and returns, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring timely communication with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from dealers and sales representatives to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
- Process orders, returns, modifications, and credit/debit memos for customers
- Communicate effectively with in-house departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of wholesale orders
Required qualifications
- One or more years of experience in customer contact handling preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfort with technology as a resource for problem-solving
