Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a full-time capacity, the Customer Relationship Service Representative will manage customer inquiries and support for luxury automobile brands while working onsite in Asheville, NC.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience by building rapport and addressing needs through effective communication
  • Promptly process and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring service level metrics are met
  • Maintain product knowledge and partner with vendors for troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Previous experience with phone-based customer support preferred
  • Experience with customer contact systems is required
  • Interest or experience in technology is preferred
