Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a full-time capacity, the Customer Relationship Service Representative will manage customer inquiries and support for luxury automobile brands while working onsite in Asheville, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Own the customer experience by building rapport and addressing needs through effective communication
- Promptly process and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring service level metrics are met
- Maintain product knowledge and partner with vendors for troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
- Previous experience with phone-based customer support preferred
- Experience with customer contact systems is required
- Interest or experience in technology is preferred
