Job Summary
Seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives for a full-time remote position, who will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule rides, verify eligibility, and resolve transportation issues for members accessing healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members with scheduling, updating, or canceling transportation and confirm trips through outbound calls
- Handle concerns related to transportation challenges and document all interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, and transportation requirements while meeting performance KPIs
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, healthcare, transportation, or similar role
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems quickly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
