Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the fully remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and update billing information while committing to a set schedule of 20-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:
  • Take inbound and outbound calls from members of client gyms
  • Respond to customer questions accurately and timely, following established policies
  • Document customer interactions using in-house software
Required qualifications:
  • Must commit to a set schedule of 20-40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
  • 1+ year experience in a call center customer service environment (preferred)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Willingness to work 10:30 am - 7 pm Mountain Time or 3-7 pm
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
