Job Summary

Providing front-line support in a remote setting, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage high call volumes, assist with billing and claims inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information about company products and services.

Key responsibilities
  • Receiving and maintaining a consistent high call volume while providing assistance to insureds, lienholders, and agents
  • Assessing call complexity for appropriate escalation or rerouting and accurately following standard procedures and scripts
  • Researching information from various databases to resolve customer inquiries effectively
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a call center environment or customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and retain information about company products and systems
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and composure while handling calls
  • Property insurance knowledge or experience preferred
