Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Customer Service Credit Representative will engage with customers remotely, reviewing orders, negotiating payment arrangements, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Review orders for errors and verify information while making outbound calls as necessary
  • Negotiate and process payment arrangements on customer accounts, adhering to established procedures
  • Document all account handling activities accurately and educate customers on account status and payment options
Required qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Call Center or Collections experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Possess computer/technology skills to operate multiple systems while engaging with customers
