Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for clients and advisors, the full-time Customer Service Representative will address service issues, process requests, and provide timely solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with remote work options available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service issues, troubleshooting, and entering service requests for resolution
  • Educate clients and advisors on services and assist in resolving usability issues while referring complex matters to appropriate partners
  • Respond to customer inquiries and process routine service transactions using various internal systems to meet service goals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Post-secondary education may be considered in conjunction with relevant work experience
  • Ability to explain policies or concepts clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
