Job Summary
Supporting Veterans through inbound calls, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries, document call details, and provide solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Document call details in the system and solve customer problems
- Build positive relationships while providing excellent service
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport)
- Ability to pass a VA government background check
- Preferred 1 year of call center experience
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
- Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
