Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries with empathy, and ensure satisfaction while working onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, actively listening and providing resolutions
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and participate in ongoing training
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, call center, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to professionally de-escalate issues
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
