Job Summary

Providing customer care and benefit enrollment services, the full-time Customer Service Representative will support the Health Texas project by answering inquiries via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes on-site training and potential remote work thereafter.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding programs and services
  • Track and document all customer interactions and ensure completion of associated tasks according to established guidelines
  • Facilitate customer requests for materials and escalate complex issues to designated staff as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 0-1 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient typing skills and ability to manage high-volume calls
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Fundamental computer proficiency in Windows and/or Mac
  • Availability to work any 8-hour shift Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Central Time)
