Job Summary

To support a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage order fulfillment, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate with various internal teams while working remotely on a temporary contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support and maintaining strong relationships
  • Process customer orders and manage order-related issues to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track order status, verify delivery dates, and expedite shipments as needed
Required Qualifications
