Job Summary
To support a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage order fulfillment, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate with various internal teams while working remotely on a temporary contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support and maintaining strong relationships
- Process customer orders and manage order-related issues to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track order status, verify delivery dates, and expedite shipments as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism in handling sensitive information and maintaining regular attendance
