Job Summary
To support customer engagement, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, and promote services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handles customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries, turning great service into revenue-generating contacts
- Offers Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers and cultivates ongoing customer relationships
- Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns and communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to type 35 wpm preferred
