Job Summary

Providing quality service in a high-volume call center, the full-time Customer Service Representative will accurately respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status while working remotely within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, providers, and clients regarding various topics such as benefits and claim status
  • Document all inquiries and actions taken using applicable software applications while adhering to company guidelines
  • Navigate multiple system applications and resources to provide accurate information during calls
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
  • Strong reasoning and analytical skills for resolving customer issues
  • Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
