Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for members, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will assist with transportation inquiries, schedule and modify reservations, and document customer interactions to ensure a positive experience that enhances health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested, ensuring accurate documentation of customer information
- Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies, contributing to a collaborative work environment
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high call volume environment
- Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute
- Proficiency in learning new technology and following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
