Job Summary

Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, deliver one-call resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
  • Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of support resources
  • Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Capability to sit for long periods of time
