Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative, this remote position will manage inbound calls for child support customers across multiple states, providing one-call resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and support knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly through blended call queues to assist child support customers
  • Provide one-call resolutions by asking pertinent questions to understand customer concerns
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of support protocols
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods
