Job Summary

Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensure one-call resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide clear, complete information to customers
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of support processes
  • Deliver one-call resolutions by asking pertinent questions to understand customer concerns
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods
