Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to child support customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, document requests, and maintain up-to-date knowledge while working remotely in a structured call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
  • Accurately document requests, status changes, and grievances while ensuring compliance with program requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of services and improve customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
