Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to child support customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, document requests, and maintain up-to-date knowledge while working remotely in a structured call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
- Accurately document requests, status changes, and grievances while ensuring compliance with program requirements
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of services and improve customer interactions
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
