Job Summary

Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation while working a 40-hour week.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately while adhering to program requirements
  • Stay updated on support knowledge through training and effectively communicate information to customers
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
