Job Summary
Providing exceptional support for child support customers, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation while working a 40-hour week.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions to customer inquiries
- Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately while adhering to program requirements
- Stay updated on support knowledge through training and effectively communicate information to customers
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
