Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to child support customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, ensuring one-call resolutions while working remotely and receiving comprehensive training and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of support processes
- Utilize computer programs effectively, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems, to assist customers
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Capability to sit for long periods of time
