Providing exceptional service in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for child support inquiries, ensuring one-call resolutions and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide one-call resolutions by understanding customer concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support services through training and accurately document customer requests and complaints
  • Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate various programs, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Capability to sit for long periods of time
