Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls for child support inquiries, ensuring one-call resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner from blended call queues
  • Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support programs through training
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
