Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls for child support inquiries, ensuring one-call resolutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner from blended call queues
- Document requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support programs through training
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA systems
- Ability to pass a background check
