Job Summary

Supporting child support customers in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, provide one-call resolutions, and document customer interactions while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and efficiently through blended call queues
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns through effective questioning
  • Document requests, status changes, and grievances accurately to maintain up-to-date support knowledge
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
