Job Summary

Providing essential support during peak periods, the full-time temporary Customer Service Representative will assist with high client contact projects, ensure the accuracy of customer information, and respond to inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer information in company systems
  • Contact customers via phone or email to address inquiries and resolve routine concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assist with assigned projects
Required qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience with strong retention skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
