Job Summary
Providing essential support during peak periods, the full-time temporary Customer Service Representative will assist with high client contact projects, ensure the accuracy of customer information, and respond to inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information in company systems
- Contact customers via phone or email to address inquiries and resolve routine concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assist with assigned projects
Required qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience with strong retention skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong data entry skills
- Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
