Job Summary

To resolve billing inquiries and provide support, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for patients and attorneys, handling incoming calls and communicating effectively about revenue cycle processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Communicate revenue cycle outcomes and processes effectively to callers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing other assigned duties
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
  • Ability to learn quickly and meet production and quality goals
  • Familiarity with Customer Service department policies and procedures
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
