Job Summary
To resolve billing inquiries and provide support, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for patients and attorneys, handling incoming calls and communicating effectively about revenue cycle processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve issues and answer questions
- Communicate revenue cycle outcomes and processes effectively to callers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing other assigned duties
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
- Ability to learn quickly and meet production and quality goals
- Familiarity with Customer Service department policies and procedures
- Reliable, team-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
