Job Summary
Providing customer-focused support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, actively listen to customer concerns, and handle escalations professionally while working onsite in Little Rock, AR.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, ensuring clear and empathetic resolutions
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
