Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound service inquiries related to claims, enrollment, billing, and benefits while ensuring exceptional service satisfaction and utilizing service recovery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve member inquiries regarding claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy services
- Provide high-quality service and support during complex situations through effective service recovery processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of health plan products and improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in identifying process improvements and providing peer feedback
- Availability to work varied shifts, including potential Saturday hours based on business needs
