Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound service inquiries related to claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy, ensuring exceptional service satisfaction and effective service recovery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve member inquiries regarding claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy services
- Utilize service recovery processes to assist members in complex situations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance health plan and claims knowledge
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in identifying process improvements and providing peer feedback
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
