Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external partners, investigating and resolving provider issues
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience or related experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the health insurance industry is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus
