Job Summary
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist customers with utility billing questions, account maintenance, and payment inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and support tickets to provide timely assistance
- Resolve customer concerns and process payments, forms, and service requests accurately
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution and maintain customer records
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office
