Job Summary

To support customers in maximizing the value of Club Prophet Software, the part-time Customer Service Representative will provide installation guidance, training, and ongoing support while working remotely in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the installation and training process to ensure successful product adoption
• Document, analyze, troubleshoot, and test software based on user specifications and technical issues
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support across various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or software training is a plus
• Background in networking is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is desirable
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
• Strong writing skills with the ability to compose clear and concise responses quickly
