Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative I will respond to inquiries regarding benefits and membership, coordinating efforts between members, providers, and client representatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming Member and Provider telephone inquiries courteously and respectfully
- Utilize proprietary systems to fulfill customer requests and adhere to service standards
- Coordinate communication between members, providers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience
Required qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Preferred knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
