Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative I will respond to inquiries regarding benefits and membership, coordinating efforts between members, providers, and client representatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming Member and Provider telephone inquiries courteously and respectfully
  • Utilize proprietary systems to fulfill customer requests and adhere to service standards
  • Coordinate communication between members, providers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
