Job Summary

Driven by a passion for problem-solving, the full-time Customer Service Representative will connect with customers, verify order information, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide solutions while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities:
  • Review and verify customer orders, making outbound calls as necessary
  • Negotiate and process payment arrangements while documenting account activities accurately
  • Educate customers on account status, payment options, and identity document requirements
Required qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience in Call Center or Collections and basic data entry knowledge
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions effectively
  • Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload, with a dedicated workspace free from distractions
