Job Summary
Driven by a passion for problem-solving, the full-time Customer Service Representative will connect with customers, verify order information, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide solutions while working remotely from various states.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and verify customer orders, making outbound calls as necessary
- Negotiate and process payment arrangements while documenting account activities accurately
- Educate customers on account status, payment options, and identity document requirements
Required qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience in Call Center or Collections and basic data entry knowledge
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions effectively
- Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload, with a dedicated workspace free from distractions
