Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, update customer account details, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and direct customers to the proper departments as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements for customer accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Previous knowledge of a CRM system is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Available workspace at home with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
