Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, update customer account details, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and direct customers to the proper departments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements for customer accounts
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Previous knowledge of a CRM system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Available workspace at home with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
