Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide technical support to end-users via phone and email, assist with problem resolution, and facilitate sales opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently handle customer technical support inquiries through calls and emails, maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Contact customers regarding service issues to ensure retention and investigate potential fraud
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback for training and quality improvements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer technical support inbound call center environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience resolving user-related technical problems over the phone or via email
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Cross-functional skills in supporting customers via chat and email
- Strong problem-solving skills
