Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative II will respond to patient inquiries, assist with issue resolution, and manage patient account information while collaborating with internal departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries via telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist patients by identifying concerns and coordinating resolution according to established guidelines
  • Collect and accurately enter patient demographic and billing information into internal systems
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of computers
