Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative II will respond to patient inquiries, assist with issue resolution, and manage patient account information while collaborating with internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist patients by identifying concerns and coordinating resolution according to established guidelines
- Collect and accurately enter patient demographic and billing information into internal systems
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of computers
