Job Summary

Proactively assisting clients with account matters, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and manage account updates in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support for client incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
  • Track metrics and data while identifying and escalating issues
  • Perform data entry and daily operations tasks effectively
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Type 30-50 words per minute
  • Sales experience or ability
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Experience working in a remote environment
