Job Summary
Proactively assisting clients with account matters, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and manage account updates in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for client incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- Track metrics and data while identifying and escalating issues
- Perform data entry and daily operations tasks effectively
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Type 30-50 words per minute
- Sales experience or ability
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Experience working in a remote environment
